Guide to Creating Multilingual Restaurant Website
Activate Multilingual Support
1. Access the Apps Section
○ Go to the' Apps' section from the left sidebar of your restaurant dashboard.
2. Enable Google Translate
○ Click on '
Google Translate'.
3. Check the boxes for
○ Show 'Google Translate'
○ Show 'All Languages'
○ List the language codes you wish to show (e.g., "en, sv" for English and Swedish).
4. Save Changes
○ Click 'Save' to confirm the settings.
Adding a New Language
How to Add New Languages for Your Restaurant Website
Access the Menu Management
○ Go to the '
Menu' section from the left sidebar of your restaurant dashboard.
Add a New Language
○ Click on the '
current language' dropdown (top right corner).
Select Add New Language.
○ In the pop-up window, choose your desired language from the list.
Click '
Add New Language'.
Language Confirmation
○ A message will appear confirming the successful addition of the new language.
○ You can now see the new language in the language dropdown.
Translating Menus and Items to New Languages
Switch to the New Language
○ Click the 'language dropdown' and select the '
newly added language' (e.g., German).
Translate Categories
○ Click on a '
category' to edit its name.
○ Enter the translated category '
name' in the '
new language'.
Translate Items
○ Click on an item to open its details.
○ Provide the translated item '
name', 'description', and other details.
Save Changes
○ Click 'Save' to ensure the changes are applied.

○ Click the 'language dropdown' and select Make [Language] 'Default'.

Remove a Language
○ Click '
Remove' [Language] from the language dropdown if a specific language is no longer needed.
