Activating the Daily Menu Feature To begin using the Daily Menu on your Fooodis platform, you first need to activate it from the system settings. Follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Apps Settings ○ In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on “Apps” to open the full list of available modules.
2. Find the Daily Menu Module ○ In the list of modules, locate “Daily menu” (Point 2).
3. Enable the Daily Menu ○ Click on the “Daily menu” module to expand it, then check the option labeled “Management: daily menu” (Point 3) to activate it.
4. Save Your Settings ○ Click the green “Spara” (Save) button (Point 4) to confirm and activate the module.
Once enabled, you will be able to access and configure your daily menu under the “Daily menu” section in the left-hand menu.
Adding Items to the Menu for Daily Use
Before setting up your daily menu, you need to ensure all relevant dishes are added under the correct menu category. Follow these steps to add menu items:

○ Click on the “Add Item” button located at the top right of the item list (Point 3).

○ Item Name: Enter the name of the dish.
○ Description: Write a short description of the item.
○ Price: Set the item’s price.

4. Save the Item ○ After entering all the details, click “Save” to add the new item to your menu list.

4: Customize Appearance SettingsReference: Daily menu 2 – Points 7, 8, 9 ○ In the General Setting area, you can:Enter a custom title for the menu table (e.g., the day name in your preferred language). ○ Set a background color and a text color for the digital display. ○ Add a description that will appear at the top of the daily menu (e.g., “Week 16 | Lunch mellan 11:00–14:00”). Click “Save” (Point 9) to apply your changes.
Sort Items for the DayReference: Daily menu 3 – Points 1, 2, 3 ○ To set the order in which items appear, click on “Configure the sorting”. ○ Select a weekday tab (Point 1) to view the current list. ○ The numbered list (Point 2) shows the current order.
